If you need to cancel an upcoming service, you can request a cancellation from the Schedule page. Please note that cancellations cannot be requested on the day of service.

• To request a cancellation, select the service(s), then click   Cancel in the top green bar. In the pop-up window, you can add a note explaining the cancellation. Click   Request to submit it.
• If a service is still in Requested status, it will be removed immediately. Otherwise, the cancellation request will be sent to Woofies Ashburn-Leesburg for review and approval.
